Dear Mr,
I have recently bought a phone from your shop in London, and sadly, it has been a big regret using money on a utensil I can not use because of it’s faulty design.
I bought this phone two days ago on one of your stores and for no explainable reason the left side of the screen does not turn on or operate. I am heavily disapointment on the inefectivity of the product that was sold to me, this should not be a comon occurrance for a electronics device sold at a trutable store.
I am writing this email to ,hopfully, get a full refund, the phone has a two year garanty wich assures refunds if the phone was inoperative. I am not looking for a replacement phone, because I cannot trust this company any more.
I hope you receive this message,
Mateo de la Cruz

Good job!
Remember to leave a space between paragraphs. English readers like that.
Check this out.
“its faulty design”
Would you say a phone is a utensil? Which other words can you use to make the description more techy?
Gadget? Device?
What do you mean by a “trutable” store?

Does the expression “I hope you receive this message” help in any way your communication?
How about this— “I expect a positive answer concerning my complaint.” “I hope to get a positive answer concerning my complaint.” “Thank you in advance for your commitment to solve this problem.”
